I found it to be a great gym, used it a couple of times on weekend. Not from the local area, was staying in accommodation nearby, wondered across it after a Google search. The sign up instructions are posted out front as it’s a secure site, basically requires downloading app and paying a fairly low fee. It was a low price for single session ($10) so I used it twice over weekend while in town. The place is really neat, full of loads of equipment and weights of every type. Everything is well labelled and easy to find. Loved it

Excellent gym - great equipment and maintained really well. Staff member was hard at work keeping all the machines/benches/floors etc clean, wiped down, mopped etc while I was there - never see that in other gyms these days unfortunately. Gym is very well laid out and organised. My only feedback for the owners would be that a little more open floor space would be great for mobility work/stretching/foam rolling etc as it is confined to the small area near the door, and also some new yoga mats as the only 2 I could find were l... read more

Fantastic experience! The gym is fully equipped with everything you need for all types of workouts. It’s always clean and well-organized. The owner is incredibly helpful, friendly, and always available to assist. There’s a great atmosphere that really motivates you to push yourself. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a serious and welcoming gym in Ballarat!
