Trying to get in touch with this company to repair a floor that they installed in April 2023 that failed by July 2023 but cannot get a response
I hired Darwin to sand and refinish my floors and he was sent a Zelle Deposit on 7/26/22. He was too busy to schedule me so on 7/27/22 I asked him to please return the deposit to which he agreed. Two weeks later he still has not returned the deposit and is now ignoring all communication. He is extremely unprofessional and I wished I'd read the 2.5 reviews on another platform first as those are more in line with my experience.
