I’ve been training at D1 Training West NOLA for a little over a month now and I can honestly say it’s one of the best investments I’ve made in my fitness journey. From the moment you walk in, you feel the energy and commitment of the staff, everyone is welcoming, genuine, and truly cares about helping you reach your goals.
Wrapping up my first 6-week challenge at D1, and I haven’t felt this good since high school. In just 6 weeks, I’ve seen more change in my body than I did in the first several months of joining…proof of how powerful the right accountability and support system can really be. Huge thanks to the D1 team for the encouragement, the coaches for their knowledge, and Haley for being my accountability coach.
