D1 in Johnson City, TN always gives me a good workout and helps me reach my fitness goals. Coaches are always watching form to ensure you’re not going to hurt yourself and modifying movements when there is injury or lack of mobility. Early morning times always work best for my schedule and the 6 AM class is where it’s at! I’ve grown stronger and my entire body has better mobility since joining 4 months ago.
My son Jackson has really enjoyed the workouts. Going to D1 has become a habit and I have seen the results. Jackson is stronger, faster, more agile. Great coaches, great atmosphere.
The coaching staff is incredible and the workouts are great! The training facility is top notch!
