CJ is a phenomenal coach! A true professional! I’m grateful he’s training my daughter! He’s patient and provides guidance with challenging sessions! My daughter has gained more strength and endurance! D1 training is excellent for young athletes!
We have been working with Coach CJ and D1 for over a year. The impact both have had on her wellness and performance as an athlete has been tremendous. Coach CJ took the time to understand our daughter’s strengths and weaknesses, curating a plan that has been a game changer. Each session she is challenged and motivated to perform better than the previous sessions. Most importantly Coach CJ and D1 provide a welcoming space for female athletes to develop in their respective sport.
My daughter has been working on her conditioning with CJ, who has been training several of the top volleyball players in Fort Bend County. As a setter, her primary goal was to improve her stamina, quickness and arm/shoulder strength. I shared these goals with CJ, and he customized a program that addressed all of these needs.
