I’ve been strength training for over 30 years and D1 is an amazing place to get in shape. Being in a group setting really makes me want to go the extra mile. The staff is amazing and the facility is immaculately clean. The other members are extremely welcoming and supportive!
D1 Spring Hill is great gym! Everyone has been very welcoming. Gary, the owner, is so friendly and helpful- he even sends check in texts if you haven’t attended class in a few days to help keep you accountable. Coach Brandon is a great coach- tough but encouraging and very knowledgeable and helpful with form. I love the format of the workouts and enjoy the camaraderie the gym provides. I definitely recommend a membership and look forward to seeing my progress with D1!
Great first week at D1. Definitely recommend. Awesome workout and coaches take time to explain technique to beginners.
