My 7 year old loves working out at D1 and looks forward to it as parent we happy with the coaches facility and training they provide
Coach Nathan is fantastic with my son. He does a great job developing his physical skills while also building confidence and encouraging a positive mindset. My son is learning, improving, and most importantly enjoying himself. Highly recommend!
Coach Nate is the best coach and has made me who I am today in sports and outside D1 is the best place and so is Coach Nate

They take the time to understand each child’s abilities, needs, and goals, and the evaluation process is very thorough. Had our first 1 on 1 training with Josh and loved it. He showed my son drills he hasn’t done previously and took the time to help him learn the steps and was encouraging the whole time.
