My Daughter is 11 years old she plays Volleyball. D1 Training is great for her improving on strength, speed, agility, power and reaction. All their coches are great. My Daughter loves Coach Nathan, he is very good. Gym is clean everyone is respectful and kind.
Great place for training! My kids love the trainers here and they have had a great overall improvement in their sports skills after coming here. Keep up the good work D1!
I’ve been bringing my kids to D1 Training to get stronger and improve their basketball skills, and the results have been amazing! Coach Anthony is incredible with agility training, my kids’ form has improved so much over the past few months. Under Gene’s management, the facility is clean, the coaches are fantastic, and the environment is super welcoming. We highly recommend D1 Training!
Been coming for a few months now and I really enjoy love it. I’m a retired D1 athlete and this got me back in my groove within a week. Definitely recommend. The trainers are personable and very knowledgeable.
My boys have been coming here all summer and have really enjoyed it. The trainers are great! They’re engaged and always making sure the kids are performing the exercises correctly. Especially this trainer (don’t know his name)! Keep up the good work!
