Disappointed with management’s organization and integrity. While coaches are very friendly, claims that the adult classes burn up to 1000 calories are wildly exaggerated. Classes are short and geared towards individuals that just need to get some movement in and are not high intensity. Worse experience ever. We had 4 kids unfortunately we registered the two younger. 11 & 9 the activities are ok. Their service once you accept it is unacceptable. They are very good at charging you but don't answer or explain the charges. Then they offer free months, according to them, after they've already charged you.

Los programas que ofrecen son promedio nada especial, desafortunadamente registre a mis hijos para un programa de 3 meses. Pero me hicieron cargos semanales en lugar de mensuales deacuerdo al programa en el que registre a mis hijos. Tengo cerca de 1 mes tratando de solucionar esto hasta el momento sin respuesta. Tambien me di cuenta que una vez que estas en el programa no hay realmente un interés por parte de quienes te venden los programas. Tengan cuidado con este lugar.

Girls had a great time working with Coach E in strength and conditioning! They pushed hard and he pushed them harder. I highly recommend this place, even for young or old!
