This is the place if you want to improve now and see results. Great for the kids too! The workouts and coaches are top notch. Highly recommend.
My son loves D1! He looks forward to coming every week, and is seeing such progress. All the trainers are amazing - they come up with great workout plans, provide skill-level challenges, and they really work with the kids to ensure they're doing it correctly. So happy we found this place!
D1 Scottsdale is amazing. I’ve improved a ton since training here, both physically and mentally. The coaches really know how to push you to your max while still making sure you’re training the right way. Every workout challenges you and helps you get better, not just stronger but more confident and disciplined too. If you’re serious about leveling up your performance and mindset, this is the place to be.
All I can say is wow just wow! I started training here about a month ago and I already see a massive transformation! I feel great, look great, and this place is beyondddd GREAT! I highly recommend training here
this gym is the real deal. 1 month of classes and i'm genuinely a new person.
