I’ve been going there for a few months now and the results are amazingly good so far best part is having a partner that’s going to hold you accountable from the gym and believe me I’ve been holding everyone accountable now everybody is doing the same with me so I love going there a lot .
This place since management has changed.Has gone downhill for us in customer service.The last manger was awesome, if my kid missed 2 days in a row he or staff followed up to be sure she was okay. They were so welcoming almost like family like. Now new manger absolutely horrible to me compared to last manager. Unimpathetic, seems money hungry to me as the only conversation is payment payment not how's my kid doing in class not do I see anything she needs to work on just payment payment and comparing his kid. This place is NOT just for kids! They have great adult classes that will give you a tough workout! Great gym with great equipment, and a great coaching staff!

When I initially joined D1 in Jan 2025, I had New Years goals of learning everything I could in 2-4 months and trying to do it on my own since I wasn't a "gym" girl. Well it's Aug/Sept and there is a reason I'm still here. Chrissy has been THE BEST personal trainer as far as professionalism, making it client-centered yet expert- structured, accountability and so much more.
