Pro: I like the 2x a week legs and 2x a week upper body. I really like the dynamic warmup. I really like the variety of equipment, especially the squat racks and benches. I like the coaches, the excellent feedback on form, the focus on stretching and warming up before a workout and the thoughtful way a class is structured.
