Good training, staff is friendly!
Great training program! My 10yr old son will sometimes complain about sports practices, but despite being pure physical exertion, he never wants to miss d1! He’s done 13 weeks and now does many of the exercises on his own at home.
The gym has potential due to the coaches and the physical layout of the facility, but the backend management is extremely unprofessional and unorganized. Cleanliness and sanitation were ongoing issues. Bathrooms were rarely cleaned, and equipment was inconsistently wiped down or sanitized.
