Our daughter had a blast with great coaches, excellent music, and feels stronger with better endurance. Thank you for giving her more confidence to actually be on a sports team at school in the future. She is homeschooled and 12 and took the developmental class for 2 weeks drop in. As we travel this is a great place to keep her in shape and healthy while being around kids her age. Special shout to Coach Devo and Manny. We appreciate this moment in time. If you ever forget why you do this, you shape our kids’ lives.
My 13yr has just finished his first 15 lessons and we bought another package. The instruction and classes are fun, hard and he loves them, he says “they’re not easy I’ll tell you that!” The facility is great, well organized, coaches are fun and motivating. D-1 is solid!
Good training and nice facilities. It was way too expensive for what it was.
D1 has been so great for my boys. The staff is so friendly and encouraging while also challenging them to push harder. Highly recommended it for training at any age.
