I am so impressed with D1 training. They've listened to our goals and have created an excellent plan to help my son grow. Don't hesitate to give them a call if you're wondering, they're so great to work with.
As there 1st customer we love it, i like that the owner wanted my feed back on how we liked the gym that means alot to us ,we will give an updated rating after his 6 months .......1 year later we are still here coaches are very knowledgeable, the hardest part as a parent was realizing how out of shape my son truly was when he started .My advise is too trust the process ..WE love D1
