Incredible facility that offers fitness training for all ability levels. Top notch trainers combined with owners that really get it. As a Dad, I can work out at the same time as my children in a different section of the gym. Seeing incredible results already with great programming!
D1 is a must for ALL children! The training is not reserved for just athletes. The drills and exercises help children develop true hand eye coordination and awareness. The staff is down to Earth and definitely there to bring out the best in each participant. STRONGLY RECOMMEND
My son is 11 years old and a baseball player. He has been taking the DEVO class for over a month now and not only does he absolutely love it, but he is stronger, setting personal athletic goals and his workouts have helped him in his performance on the field. The owners and staff at the Royal Palm D1 are the best! D1 training has been amazing for my 13 year old son. It’s helped him get into shape and gain a ton of confidence. The workouts are geared towards his age group and the trainers take the time to make sure he is doing each exercises the correct way. It truly is a great experience and I will continue to recommend D1 to other parents (not only for the kids but for the adults as well).
