Very impressed with this gym. I joined about a week ago. The workouts have been challenging and the staff have been super friendly and supportive. Coach Phil is a great coach! He’s got a great sense of humor and a lot of helpful tips when going through the workouts. He and Eric work well together and create an inviting, fun environment.
