D1 is top-notch from the time you walk in to an extremely clean & organized facility, and then meet the professional owners Jason & Danielle who run a tight-ship while ensuring all members work hard, exhibit discipline & respect, while still having fun. The workouts are carefully planned and differentiated each day. And if you are curious if it works…absolutely-my daughter loves going there, enjoys the people, & her growing stack of 1st place ribbons is also a bonus!
great training facilities for athletes
I have been going 1 week so far and for me this it what I needed to get the motivation on a structured training program that I can enjoy. The classes are for all ranges from beginner to star athletes. The fellow participants help each other. As sore my body is right now I am looking forward to the next class. My son took the baseball season off and I signed him up in the rookie class. He has really been enjoying it as well. They focus on the fundamentals, weight will come but form is the foundation.
