After taking my daughter to a training camp at D1 Mont Belvieu I decided to start a 5 week class myself. As a former athlete I was blown away by the classes. I am so pleased with my results. I look forward to the classes and 1 on 1. The attentiveness to form and instructions help tremendously. They are a supper supportive group and they encourage you along the way.
