I highly recommend D1! I have not been able to find a gym where I could remain consistent, hold myself accountable, and see results until I found D1. My grandson attended both summer sessions of speed and jump/plyo camps. He is a month into youth football and his speed, strength and agility is markedly improved. Coach TJ and Coach Devin were great working with the kids. Would definitely recommend.
My 8 year old son had his first training session today at D1 Training and he absolutely loved it! The staff is very friendly, supportive, and made him feel comfortable right away. I’m so happy we found this place!
