Great summer camps for kids!
My daughter started a camp/workout training in June. She looks forward to attending every session! My daughter has gained confidence, mental clarity, and strength. The workouts are targeted to implement all muscle groups, conditioning, and agility with speed and correct form. I like the fact she’s putting in work and seeing results as they measure them. I highly recommend D1 it’s not just for athletes!
My son is attending the summer camp and has loved it. They are punctual, clean, and really engage with every child! 10/10 would recommend!
I’ve finally found my fitness home at D1! As an adult who’s tried just about every kind of gym, bootcamp, and class out there, I can honestly say that D1 is on another level. The adult classes are the perfect blend of challenging and fun — I actually look forward to showing up. The energy, the structure, the coaching… it’s unmatched.
