Great training facility! My son has been going to the group classes for a couple weeks, and can’t get enough. Great conditioning, speed and agility training for his age group (7-11y/o) All of the trainers do an awesome job, and always push the boys hard. Encouraging and friendly environment! Also always very clean and well kept.
After taking my daughter to a training camp at D1 Mont Belvieu I decided to start a 5 week class myself. As a former athlete I was blown away by the classes. I am so pleased with my results. I look forward to the classes and 1 on 1. The attentiveness to form and instructions help tremendously. They are a supper supportive group and they encourage you along the way. I feel amazing, mentally and physically. I’m able to do things I never thought possible. I highly recommend D1.
I highly recommend D1! I have not been able to find a gym where I could remain consistent, hold myself accountable, and see results until I found D1. I've been going consistently since December of 2024 and have truly enjoyed my fitness journey with D1. I love the flexibility of the multiple class times, the trainers are great, and the community I've gained through D1 has been irreplaceable.
