Coach Joey is a great coach. His intensity & attention to detail is what makes him great. He really knows how to make your athletes stronger. Your athlete would love him. Coach Greg is amazing with the youth athletes and a fun personality. His knowledge about speed & agility can get your athletes to really hit their next gear and he teaches them to have fun.
Very clean. Nice atmosphere. Coaches are great. If you have an athlete for a child or if your child wants to be an athlete, bring them. For the moms, if you need somewhere for 1 on 1 or group training. This is perfect for you. They are great with athletes they are great with mothers as well. Highly recommend.
D1 Training in Middletown is an excellent place to work out. Ed is very friendly, and the trainers I worked with, Joey and Keith, are true professionals. I’ve only had three sessions so far, but the atmosphere has been incredibly supportive and motivating every time, and I definitely plan to keep training here.
There really is a D1 Difference. Have been talking my boy since he was in 7th grade. Training now Jr year off season. Great atmosphere, great coaches.
Girlfriend and I dropped in for a workout while visiting. Very impressive facility. Clean, well equipped, and coaching was excellent.
