Update: Desmond is awesome as well! I had a few workouts with him & it was exhausting but I gave it my all! Clarissa's still the best! She's tough but pushes you to get you to do your best. Don't expect to dial it in with her. I've never been an athlete but I do want to prioritize my health. I'm not a spring chicken so the adult classes are a bit too much for me (only because I want to keep up with the younger folks). My daughter started a couple of weeks ago & she really enjoys it D1! She loves her rookie classes with Coach Clarissa! The environment is very welcoming & fun for the rookie classes!
Visiting from South Padre Island. Needed a gym comparable to my routine back home @Infinity Fitness by Tina. D1 Training in Mesquite, Texas is awesome! The trainers are super knowledgeable and push you just right, the workouts are intense yet tailored to your level, and the vibe keeps you pumped every session. Plus, their flexible scheduling makes it easy to fit in around a busy life. Five stars!
