Working out at D1 Mesquite is fun! Me and my son enjoy the group workouts and Coach Clarissa and Coach Desmond are amazing. Coach Clarissa has been so kind to me and has helped me through challenging exercises. My son really enjoys working with Coach Desmond. Every day is different and I enjoy finding out what will be on the whiteboard. I feel lost at other gyms but at D1 Mesquite I get to workout with Coaches and my classmates. I always leave with a smile and feeling the satisfaction of accomplishment.💪💪🔥🔥
