I inquired about this program because I have an 8 year old who plays football, and wanted some conditioning for the off season. I had a phone call with Mason and due to working long hours I wasn’t able to sign up when I originally intended to, but signed up a couple weeks later over the phone at my soonest availability. Great experience! It all started with a very thorough assessment with Mason. We discussed the challenges I was facing in my fitness journey. He then paired me with my Personal Trainer… Coach Eric. Coach Eric was personable and very attentive to my needs and goals. He’s an excellent motivator and he wants you to succeed! It’s quite evident he enjoy what he does. Now, I can do the same by staying focused on my new healthy and fit lifestyle. Thank you D1 Training!!
The kids were happy for a while, but as more children joined, my oldest started complaining that he no longer felt challenged, especially after they got a new coach. He also mentioned that sometimes they couldn’t even complete a workout because some kids weren’t paying attention or weren’t interested in participating. I understand that it’s not a private session, but as parents, we should at least get what we’re paying for, considering the cost isn’t cheap.
