I can’t say enough great things about D1 Training Holly Springs! Coach Antwann is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to tailor each workout to my personal goals and abilities. The energy at the Holly Springs location is amazing and everyone is so friendly and motivating, which makes every session something I look forward to. If you’re looking to take your fitness journey to the next level, I highly recommend training with this team!
Great place for athletes to train and get better
We came for Coach Phil we stay because it pushes our son to the next level and he keeps coming back for more.
As a 17 year College Football Administrator, at five different Power 5 schools, I trust D1 with the training both of my daughters (15 Soccer/11 Softball) and would for any gender and sport. The staff, top to bottom, are knowledgeable and quality instructors. The classes have a great mix of agility, strength and conditioning that mimic what a college workout is like.
