We signed up our 10-year-old son for the Rookie program, and it has been an absolute game-changer for him. The environment feels just like a professional training facility, which instantly motivated him. Coach Sherman does a fantastic job of keeping the workouts high-energy and fun, while focusing on proper running form, agility, and bodyweight strength. He is noticeably faster and more confident during his sports games.

We brought our Son to D1 in the hopes of helping him develop physically, but more importantly developing the habits, consistency and accountability it will take to succeed on and off the field. Coach Ben guided us through a heart pounding, sweaty workout with seasoned members! We were encouraged by everyone and safety precautions and proper technique was covered. Good solid class!
