My kids are always excited and energized to train at D1 Training! The instructors are fantastic—they motivate the kids, keep workouts engaging, and make sure everyone is learning while having fun. We’ve seen a positive difference in both their attitude and performance since starting here. Highly recommend for any family looking for a top-notch youth training program!

I’ve been a proud D1 athlete for a little over a year now, and honestly, it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I first started at D1 Denton while I was in school, and now that I’m back home, I’ve joined D1 Frisco—and I couldn’t be happier with the switch! My son’s speed and running form have improved so much—I honestly didn’t expect him to get this much faster in just one month of training. Coach E has been working with him for a month, and the results are incredible. I also really love the positive environment at the facility. Everyone there is super nice and highly knowledgeable about what they teach. If I could give ten stars, I would. Highly recommend this place if your kids are involved in sports!
