Both my 13 yr old daughter and 8yr old son love this. However tired they are they are excited to be here. I see a good improvement with stamina after these trainings its just been 4 weeks ! Coaches are fun catering to different types of kid personalities ! Love this place would recommend this to all kids .
Staff is wonderful. Coaches are amazing, professional and informative.
My 10yr old son loves D1 in Frisco! The facility is brand new and immaculate. He plays baseball and football and the training is perfect for that but also would be great for anyone even if they are not playing sports. The staff and Trainers are professional and friendly. It has been an absolutely great experience getting my son used to working out and learning how safely with proper form from a trained professional. I highly recommend this facility.
My son loves coach Larry. He’s great at training the kids. The training is legit and I’ve seen a difference in my son’s sports performance and behavior.
