Best workout ever! Joined 5 am class and Kristen was amazing. Since it was my first time doing a lot of the workouts, she generously took her time with me to show me correct form. She would come alongside and add weights to push me as well. Small intimate class which was nice and the music was perfect. You have to give this place a try! More than worth it!

Love D1, the coaches and the workouts! Only thing I would change is there should be a pull-up bar setup for the shorties because we aren’t all 6’.

I love D1 Fort Myers! My son has been going for the last few years, and his confidence, endurance, and speed have all improved. The coaches are invested in the kids in the gym and outside, going to his games to help support and motivate him. My son is going into high school this year, and the workouts have prepared him for the intensity of high school sports.
