Love D1, the coaches and the workouts! Only thing I would change is there should be a pull-up bar setup for the shorties because we aren’t all 6’.

I love D1 Fort Myers! My son has been going for the last few years, and his confidence, endurance, and speed have all improved. The coaches are invested in the kids in the gym and outside, going to his games to help support and motivate him. My son is going into high school this year, and the workouts have prepared him for the intensity of high school sports.
These are the very best fitness and sports performance trainers in SWFL. They truly invest their time, expertise, and passion back into people who are looking to accomplish both short term and long term goals. They are the best partners one can have on this journey. Amazing facility and even better coaches.
