It was our son's second session and he loves it. His trainer Tamario is super supportive and corrects technique in a positive way. My son was so excited to go. Great facility and positive environment. Clean weights and equipment looked very well kept and clean. Excited for my son's training with them for the upcoming football season
Awesome place with specialize sport training gym. I am bringing 4 children from age of 10~15. All these kids enjoy exercising at D1 gym. I have also seen improvement in my son tennis after joining D1 gym. Special thanks to Coach Quinten taking children class. He engage kids in exercising with gaming spirit and fun. Also he does pays special attention to make sure kids doing sports exercising in correct posture
