Such an easy transition making this gym part of my routine! Classes work for all skill levels, the nutrition plan was super clear, and the check-ins keep me motivated. As a mom of two, I love that everything is laid out for me—it makes healthy changes realistic. Staff are amazing, the gym is always clean, and the members are so friendly!

Visited D1 this morning while I was in town visiting and did an adult class with Alex. This was a great way to torch calories and lift heavy. I can already tell I’m going to be the type of sore tomorrow that makes you feel accomplished. Honestly wish they had a D1 where I live after experiencing this class. Hoping to take another class before I head out of town at the end of this week and I will certainly be back next time I’m in Fairport!
