I joined D1 with my mom just hoping to lose weight. Fast forward 2 years and I still look forward to going to the gym every day, I’ve lost 50 lbs and some of my best friends are the staff at D1. I have referred 4 people to D1 and they have all joined and loved it. D1 is full of incredible members and staff that have become a second family to me. We started my kiddo three weeks ago in the Devo 12+ group work outs because he is too young to use equipment or attend classes at our gym and we are trying to emphasize healthy habits and regular movement. I chose D1 specifically because of the convenient location and class times vs other similar programs in the area, as well as personal recommendations from friends who use D1 franchises in other states.
