At first, everything was great. Then they began double-booking my appointments. I would arrive at my scheduled time only to be told, “Oh, your appointment is at 3.” That makes no sense when my child gets out of school at 3p This happened several times. I joined D1 with my mom just hoping to lose weight. Fast forward 2 years and I still look forward to going to the gym every day, I’ve lost 50 lbs and some of my best friends are the staff at D1. I have referred 4 people to D1 and they have all joined and loved it. D1 is full of incredible members and staff that have become a second family to me.
