I’ve been attending here for three years. As a senior who tries to stay fit, I love the challenges of doing real athletic training under the watchful eye of trainers who care about your welfare and can easily modify the day’s routine for your needs. The cost is very reasonable. My 8 year old loves D1! Really happy with how hard he works while still smiling during the workout. Trainers are absolutely the best! Great equipment and just a wonderful space for kids and adults to train. My son plays basketball, flag football and is a runner on the MPTC track and field team as well as XC. D1 has helped him get strong and stay healthy.
Best gym in the whole charelston area by far.
