We just started our teen daughter at D1 2 weeks ago. She loves going and even asked to stop by after an hour and a half basketball bracket if there’s still time. The trainers are all fantastic, wonderful with the kids and very encouraging to each athlete. I highly recommend this place if your teen is looking for a place to learn how to lift weights get fit and build overall strength while being encouraged along the way.
We love D1. We started with my middle schooler working with Jarred to help with mobility and strength and now my other two younger kids attend an after school group fitness class that they absolutely love! They look forward to it every week. Our oldest continues to grow and work with Jarred who is the absolute best while the other two enjoy trying new athletic workouts as well! Highly recommend D1!
As an endurance senior athlete, strengthening is key to improving my performance and they’re helping me with a variety of strength routines including controlled lifting and supplementing it with plyometrics work as well. I’m extremely satisfied!!
I’ve been attending here for three years. As a senior who tries to stay fit, I love the challenges of doing real athletic training under the watchful eye of trainers who care about your welfare and can easily modify the day’s routine for your needs.
