An awesome place and coaches!
Great training facility
Best coaches, very professional and supportive. Wonderful place to work out. When i first started here , i never thought i will continue for more than a week guess what its been more than year and still continuing, only reason is because of the coaching staff. They are friendly and are available whenever you need them. Thank you so much for all your support and professionalism.
D1 training for me has been a great experience. I really feel I have gotten better over time. My trainer Josh has been great pushing me to get better and holding me accountable to do my part.
I have had the best experience at D1 since day 1. The trainers are amazing! Has been a life changing experience and has taught me so many workouts and correct form.
