D1 Training Chandler is an excellent place to train and stay motivated! The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and encouraging, and the atmosphere is energetic and welcoming. The workouts are engaging and well structured, creating a great environment for building strength, improving fitness, and developing confidence. Highly recommended!
Love this place, the coaches are exceptionally talented and great with kids. My whole family is enrolled and the impact on our health has been incredible. It's so much fun to get to know new people and get a challenging work out in. Special events are a ton of fun with prizes for most participants and goal driven competition. Health metrics play a big part and you see tangible results while having a great time.

I started taking my 7 and 9 year old a few months ago. What a great decision. In this Arizona heat going to the mark is not an option. The kids get a great workout and get to play with new friends. I have noticed that they both have gained confidence, toned up and my daughter, who was looking chunky, has trimmed down. Kayla, was our first contact. She has made this experience a smooth and comfortable one for us. She is professional, polite and friendly. My kids absolutely love her.
