I started taking my 7 and 9 year old a few months ago. What a great decision. In this Arizona heat going to the mark is not an option. The kids get a great workout and get to play with new friends. I have noticed that they both have gained confidence, toned up and my daughter, who was looking chunky, has trimmed down. Kayla, was our first contact. She has made this experience a smooth and comfortable one for us. She is professional, polite and friendly. My kids absolutely love her.
Working out at D1 is so fun! It really feels like you are training with a team of friends. The coaches do an amazing job of keeping you engaged, making sure your form is good, and offering modifications, if needed. I’m feeling so much stronger, healthier, and happier since finding D1.
