Working out at D1 is so fun! It really feels like you are training with a team of friends. The coaches do an amazing job of keeping you engaged, making sure your form is good, and offering modifications, if needed. I’m feeling so much stronger, healthier, and happier since finding D1.
It’s hard finding a spot for young athletes to come train in a fun and safe environment. The coaches here at D1 are top tier and push my son to always give 110%. We have seen such an improvement after coming for almost a month and can’t wait to see even better results the longer we train with them.
Highly recommend D1. Both of my sons play ice hockey and we have noticed how positively the D1 strength training has impacted their strength and endurance on the ice. The coaches are great and they love the workouts.
I have been bringing my 9-year-old to D1 in Chandler for a few weeks now, and it has been a fantastic experience. The coaches are excellent with him, and he absolutely loves coming here. The environment is welcoming, and the staff is dedicated to providing a positive and engaging experience for young athletes.
