Our 7 and 9 year olds do the Rookie Training and we’ve loved it. Such a great workout for them, working hard to get strong and feel confident in their bodies. They’ve become faster at sports and have gained confidence in who they’re meant to be.
Kids love the rookie class they have. It challenges them, gets them stronger, and they feel more confident. The trainers here are all high level and keep things challenging but fun. Jon and Fred lead a great facility. Positive energy, upbeat music, amazing equipment… Try it out.
