Absolutely worth every penny! Brandon is an outstanding coach. He pushes the athletes to perform well. He absolutely cares about his kids and it shows. Amazing facility, super clean and organized.

The facility was clean and had a wide variety of equipment to use. The environment was what you would expect as an athlete and very well kept. The music they have playing keeps you pumped up during your workouts. I had Joe Gottsch as my coach and being my first time visiting this facility, he made it a reason to want to return. I joined the D1 training Allen this week and attended multiple sessions of the Adult performance training 1hr class. My initial impressions are that the classes and the instructors are great. The classes are very well designed and the drills in the classes were different each day which kept me interested. InstructorsBrendon and Shea were very friendly and kept constantly encouraging me throughout the session. Theperformance class included a good mix of cardio and weight training. My son has been going to D1 Allen since the fall of 2024. Initially, I thought he would go in the off season while he was in between sports to keep active, but he has enjoyed it so much that we have continued on a regular basis. The coaches are athletes themselves and demonstrate what they are asking the athletes to do. There is no sitting and pointing from the side like I have seen at other gyms.
