My son’s membership was supposed to be cancelled on March 7th. I have an email confirmation of that. Since then I’ve still been charged 3 times. I’ve called and emailed multiple times with no response.

Do not go to this gym for personal training sessions. They cannot keep anyone on staff there...so much turnover its like a revolving door. They promise one thing and deliver another. Dealt with multiple tardiness from employees for sessions, early morning no shows, and cutting 60 minute sessions early to accomodate trainer having to teach a class. Nice people, but they are significantly understaffed and clients pay the price for that. Would never come back.

Pick someplace else. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with D1 in Allen. They promised one thing and delivered another. They did not honor their commitments and went back on their word. We gave them several opportunities to redress and they opted not to. We found another place run by a former D1 associate that is much better.

Disappointing Update: I was charged $49.99 on August 10, 2025 even though my account was paused and I never authorized it to be reactivated. I’ve reached out to the manager, Brendan, multiple times by phone, email, and even in person (most recently in person yesterday 11/6/2025). Each time I’m told the refund request was sent to corporate back in August and that they’re “backed up.” It’s now been almost three months, and I still haven’t received my refund or any real update.
