Disappointing Update: I was charged $49.99 on August 10, 2025 even though my account was paused and I never authorized it to be reactivated. I’ve reached out to the manager, Brendan, multiple times by phone, email, and even in person (most recently in person yesterday 11/6/2025). This is my first time leaving a negative review on Google. I emailed them on February 6 to cancel my membership, and they replied that the charges would stop on March 6. This is fine , I usually don’t have time to check my credit card statements, until last month I suddenly noticed that D1 training Allen has continued charging my card for six months straight. Absolutely worth every penny! Brandon is an outstanding coach. He pushes the athletes to perform well. He absolutely cares about his kids and it shows. Amazing facility, super clean and organized.

The facility was clean and had a wide variety of equipment to use. The environment was what you would expect as an athlete and very well kept. The music they have playing keeps you pumped up during your workouts. I had Joe Gottsch as my coach and being my first time visiting this facility, he made it a reason to want to return. Very informative, paying attention to details such as posture and form, and was well balanced with being encouraging and making sure I got through the work out. I joined the D1 training Allen this week and attended multiple sessions of the Adult performance training 1hr class. My initial impressions are that the classes and the instructors are great. The classes are very well designed and the drills in the classes were different each day which kept me interested. InstructorsBrendon and Shea were very friendly and kept constantly encouraging me throughout the session. Theperformance class included a good mix of cardio and weight training.
