Horrible communication even if you say yes to everything and give them an open book to tell you whenever they’re available. Still ghosted me for a week before I was told he can charge me triple drop everything and be there right away which wasn’t the conversation I was having with whoever I was speaking with at D1 Services. Didn’t appreciate the disrespect for no reason. Plenty of quality people in the area that can do their job without getting any lip or asking them to put me on the schedule for any day at any time
Communication was honestly a little bumpy but they came, did the job quickly and cleanly, and were definitely reasonably priced so the bumpy communication can be looked over. We’ll use them again and maybe I’ll up the rating to five.
Great company that truly lives up to the name d1. Communication was great and prices were competitive.
