I love the people up here family owned and very good repour when it comes done to knowing what each client needs. Excellent work in a timing manner. Excellent with keeping you up to date with your vehicle and when it will be done. Even send you pictures of the progress. RHANK YOU SO MUCH D1 FOR FIXING MY CAR AND GETTING IT RUNNING BACK LIKE A OX!!!!
Dont do business with them They were supposed to repair my car and it took them 4 months to half ass my car. State farm paid over 9 thousands in repairs and I still had to pay more then 1 thousand to get my car into running conditions. Only thing they did right was paint otherwise everything else is bullshit if I were allowed to give no stars I would of done so
Good paint job but tool 3 months to get my truck I'm a senior citizen and really needed my truck when I went to get my truck I drove it home my truck started smoking when I got home I got my son to check my truck and he notice my oil stick was missing he called d1 and they said they would get me one I'm still waiting no call they could have sent it anyway I new the went going to get it so next and got it I also told my truck had a dent in it that it never had I felt just because it was a 07 they didn't care my truck never be... read more
Man can’t say enough about this place. First of all Savannah (don’t know if I spelled it right) she was very attentive and on top of talking with the insurance companies. She did everything to get this job done quickly despite dealing with insurance companies. Also Chris and Richard they were on top of everything and did everything to get my truck ready quickly. Awesome guys, and shop.
If I could give this place 100/10 stars I would!! Chris, the owner, actually cares about people and his customers and helping them out how he can, goes out of his way to help his customers. It's a relief to know that there are still some great people out in the world! From the first time I spoke with him about his shop and parts for my Chevy truck to know if this is the place I could trust he was open, honest, and very communicative.
