Exactly, that’s the point. You call several times trying to schedule a maintenance appointment, they promise to call you back with an estimate and a date for the service, but they never return the call. If you don’t want to do a certain service or only work with a specific brand, it’s simple — just say so. Very poor customer service.
Highly recommend the group at D1. I recently bought a 2021 Q5 from Clutch and when I was test driving it there was a loud noise coming from the front of the vehicle after exceeding 90kms/hr. They were very quick to get me into the shop, and to identify what the issue was. Within 36hrs my vehicle was fixed and back on the road. Thanks so much!
