I'm giving this shop a 2 based off the car buying and repair experience. Just beware. Diego had done a lot to meet me half way in my car buying (and repair) experience, which I do appreciate. He had lent me his loaner car to use while the car I had bought from him was in repair, among other small things he offered to do that I appreciated; so in terms of customer service, I was happy. I own a business and have a few company vehicles and D1 is the only one I trust to take care of them. The prices are more than fair and they are very knowledgeable. Highly recommend Diego and his team !
My car kept having issues and after numerous mechanic visits and countless dollars, Diego at D1 automotive found the issue, fixed it, and was incredibly reasonably priced. Highly recommend D1, they have a customer for life with me!
After going through 3 body shops and wasting a few hundred bucks the guys at D1 were able to solve my issue, my car is finally fixed. They CORRECTLY repaired my calipers, brakes, and even cleaned off one of my transmission sensors that were causing a warning light due to how old the transmission fluid was. I always took my car to Honda and did every service they asked but I guess they weren’t doing it. Don’t waste your time with dealers, these guys are more professional and way cheaper. 3 months later and car has no issues.
