Have been seeing Dr. Dai for 2 years. She does not follow up, read test or referral results. Gives incomplete information. She is uncaring and unprepared. Recently recommended a medication that should have been prescribed 2 years earlier. Avoid at all costs.

I feel that Dr Volpicelli doesn't care if I live or die. In fact, I feel as though he doesn't even try to treat my ailment except for the bare minimum. He rarely gets back to me if I have a question.It takes forever to get an appointment.
I went to Urgent Care for extreme pain in my right elbow. Immediately I was given an EKG and blood was drawn. Then I received x-rays on my right shoulder and chest. I was told about "frozen shoulder" and that if I got it, my "life will be over". I mentioned that the problem was my elbow and he ignored me. I got a couple pain pills and a referral to PT. Nobody ever looked at my elbow.
We have allowed our girls to choose their doctor, they all have chosen Dr. Vickers. He is so kind, caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Their has not been one time that we have went, where we feel rushed or that he was in a hurry. Our oldest is already sad that he cannot be her 'forever' doctor and she is 11! If you are looking for an awesome pediatrician and friendly staff, then this is your place.
