I own a local Landscaping company that was contacted by DWG Properties in North Carolina, we are located in Pampa Texas. The gentleman I spoke with Mr. Rick Swinarski, we spoke a few days on the phone, he claimed to be the owner of the company. After some time he offered us 45.00 "tops" to mow the property they "held the contract" stating he couldn't pay any more that they weren't able to be competitive on pricing like that.
