*Go elsewhere for your treadmills* Amidst a barrage of bad press, I gave this company the benefit of doubt and trusted them with my custom. I was loyal and patient for nearly 3 years. Last year, I purchased DWS’s comprehensive service contract, paying nearly £3k up front for the privilege. I was assured peace of mind. I trusted Malcolm Davis with a treadmill in October 2021, I even traveled from Mexico to see his company and paid him 100% in advance so he could make it quick and delivery it by the end of January 2022, we are now at the end of September 2024. He hides and lies and only gives excuses every other month that he answers an email. Please DON´T TRUST HIM unless you want to lose your money. AVOID THIS COMPANY I am writing this on behalf of Condesa Pet Centre, Mexico. A treadmill was bought and paid for in full in 2021 and still no product. Excuse after excuse, missing parts, problems due to covid. It is promised every month then nothing. Malcolm ignores email and requests to ship the treadmill as is. I would NOT order from this company. He has requested a negative review be removed or he won’t finish the treadmill.

Awful. Do not order from. Still waiting for a product 2 years on. The owner Malcolm makes so many excuses for the delays. No refund offered. No communication. Sadly now taking legal action.

Janet Stevenson writes about an early model DWS treadmill delivered to her in March 2016 through our agent K9Surf. Unfortunately, there were some teething problems, rusty circlips etc., that we offered to fix. In the event it was agreed that the treadmill wouuld be returned and Janet was repaid her money.
