Randee was on time and very accommodating. He got my AC up and running. Fixed my drip pipe so the lawn people don’t mess it up again when they blow the mulch. Very Thorough. Changed out my filter - since I don’t do ladders. Great job!!!!
We had an issue and D&W took care of it and is now our go to for AC work. They are forthright, knowledgeable and do what they can to explain the problem in simple terms. The thorough explanations put us at ease. We feel fortunate to have found them and trust their work on our system. Happy to know they are the team that is servicing our unit twice a year. I would give them 6 Stars if I could.
Great service. The tech was here a couple of hours after I called and he had everything up and running within a half an hour. He was very professional and personable. Overall great experience!
D&W and the entire staff are absolutely wonderful. Excellent and prompt communication. Thorough and expedited work. BTW, the prices are great!
