I am not sure how D&W hires these great people. I had Douglas who was outstanding, Then Anthony who was awesome and retired. Please thank him for me. Now I have Jesse for the first time who is great and loves this company because he is not forced to sell products. He can do the best service for the customer, which he does. All my readings were perfect. They service my unit twice a year at reasonable prices. Someone does a great job of choosing employees. The office is even great to deal with each time I call. Excellent service and maintenance work on my AC today. Technician very knowledgeable arrived within the timeframe also came in and showed me I needed a different kind of an AC vent in my main bathroom to give it four ways for AC to get in the bathroom instead of the one that goes straight across took the time to explain it actually took down the vent for me so I can get a new one take it with me and get a new one.
