I recently renovated my bathroom. Burns offers a great collection of products with competitive price. Lisa was patient and welcoming, she was very helpful with the design and finding me the products I like under my budget. We had a delivery issue of one of the products, Lisa and team were very flexible and did their best to resolve the problem for me. Now I am very happy with the outcome of my new bathroom and most of the products are from Burns. Thank you Burns and hope you continue to thrive!
Arachnophobes beware! (and other issues) I had a new bathroom in May 2023. I deliberately delayed posting a review until approximately the 18-month point. The sales staff are great. The products are lovely. My bathroom looks beautiful but here are the downsides: 1. The bath panel does not reach the floor. There is a good 2cm of gap. The fitter told me it was supposed to look like that - it cast a shadow and this was a desirable thing.
