D W Bahr installed our new hot water heater purchased through Home Depot, as the designated professional installer. Usually I'd be hesitant to use a store's service, but DW Bahr's reviews looked good. They just finished the job, and I was HIGHLY impressed with every aspect of their service. I went through Home Depot to have a toilet replaced in June, because the toilet was running and my water bill was over $500.00. The plumber came out and replaced my toilet, brand new, and also paid extra to the company because they said I needed a valve replacement. I own this home but do not live there, so I assumed this fixed the water bill problem. I got a new water bill that is now over $758. Requested a consultation through Home depot around 730 am and got a call back from Bahr Plumbing services right after 8 am. Explained my issues with my hot water heater- Erica was understanding and very knowledgeable about what to offer and came back with three quotes to give me options. Terrible service and customer support. I've removed names to respect the privacy of the persons employed by this company. The full story: Home Depot contracted this company the end of May 2025 to install a toilet I purchased. Home Depot says they'll contact you within 48-hours. They never did, I contacted them on day 3. *Bad Customer service* They then said it would be almost two weeks before they could come out to install the toilet. The busted up bathroom floor on a Monday didn't show back up till Friday and all the plumbing was wrong tub drain set almost 6 inches off the wall and toilet flange only sits 10.5 off finished wall need to say we were so disappointed in there service we didn't even call them back to fix it
