This is the first negative review I’ve ever written, but my experience at DW Auto Service was terrible. I went there for a state inspection and felt they were looking for every possible little issue to make extra money. When I asked questions, I was met with an extremely rude attitude. When I returned for the reinspection, they made me wait while saying they were busy with other work, and the attitude was just as bad. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I will never go back and would not recommend this place.
I went for a state inspection at the end of the month, around 2:30PM, there was no line. The front door was locked, but I found the serviceman in the garage. He did the inspection very quickly, with no issues. The only negative was they are CASH ONLY. No credit cards accepted. I didn't get any receipt either.
