Visited D & W for the first time and couldn’t have been happier. Justin is honest, friendly and incredibly helpful answering any questions I had. They charge a very fair price for their work. These guys have earned a lifelong customer, thank you D & W for the amazing work!
They are very inconsistent with returning voicemails. Two months ago I got an appointment for a diagnostic. They book appointments a week in advance. I appreciated their transparency. I wanted to get my car serviced. I called twice in one week and got no callback. I am not chasing a busy.
They fixed my car overheating after taking to two other places that couldn’t figure it out. DandW diagnosed the problem in no time.
I’ve been going to them for over 15 years and find them to be honest, reliable and fairly priced. The honest because they’ve actually explained why I really didn’t need a $1,400 job and only if we lived where it snows. Highly recommend this shop. Nina
