Such a gem of an eyewear store. Incredible selection of independent optical brands and the largest selection of Jacques Marie Mage frames in the city. Quick turnaround time on lenses as they cut most of them in-house. Also, the staff here couldn't be friendlier. Big shout out to John, Austin, Matt, and Laura for their kindness and helpfulness!
I've been coming to this location since I moved to the neighborhood almost 4 years ago and it's been damn near the same folks each time. Every interaction I have had has been positive and I can't recommend the doctor and technicians enough.
THE BEST team in Chicago. I just picked up my new JMM frames and I couldn’t be happier. Dr. Park was friendly and efficient with the exam. Matt was patient and skilled with finding and fitting the right frames. Everyone else on their team was just the right mix of kind and enthusiastic. Overall incredible service. On top of that this is the best pair of prescription glasses I’ve ever owned. DO NOT GO HERE. for the ridiculous prices you pay for such high end glasses, the casual errors by staff like ordering the complete wrong prescription or mislabeling boxes of contacts as the opposite eye are way too much to handle. On top of that the generally shitty attitude of the staff especially Austin who could barely bother to care about my frustrations and had the rudest sarcastic responses.
