I was a regular customer when I lived in Chicago and D/Vision was always fantastic both in sales and service. Good people and a real asset to the community. Flash forward five years and I'm living out of the country. I have a very odd eye condition and need a new prescription. I call D/Vision in the off chance they can email my file and lo and behold, they have all my info and email right away! It's been 5 years and I still get the great service. Thanks D/Vision, you guys are the best!

I had the best experience! I want to thank Laura for assisting me and was able to take care of me same day. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The doctor did a great job on my eye exam. I’m very happy that I was able to get my glasses the same day and get treated for my eye infection. Also, this was my first time… I’m a satisfied customer and I’ll be coming back for sure.
I cannot say enough good things about this place. The staff is SO NICE, so helpful, and really care about the patient/customer experience. Big selection of super cute frames too.
