Ordered my fez with several other nobles. Everybody else has cancellef their orders. I guess I will also
On my Scottish rite cap the gold cord across the top broke from the knot about 6-8 months ago. I emailed them and they said they’d send me a new cord Followed up 3-4 times with no response. I’m shouldn’t have to buy a new cap when it’s just the cord that had an issue. I asked if they could sell one but no response. It’s super frustrating that they didn’t respond. 4 Brothers in my Valley had the same issue with the cord. Poor response time. Not following up. Ignoring emails. Not good customer service.

Phenomenal Work
I order my Fez, August 19, 2023.Today is Nov, the 16 and I still do not have my Fez. I called last week because I had a ball that weekend and rep stated they were waiting to punch a hole into the top to put the tassel on. But the lady in that dept was not there. She ensure me I would have the Fez by Nov 13. Now . Well, I called yesterday and was informed I was given incorrect info , and they are waiting for UPS to pick .Now the new arrival will be Friday.
