Ordered something on the 25th of July. The 4th of August rolls around and they still hadn't shipped my product. I needed it for a special meeting coming up on the 8th. The item finally arrived and it doesn't fit at all! Too late to do anything about it in time for the meeting that I will now have to miss. I do not recommend this company at all. I ordered a fez on August 16, 2025 with normal production time 12 weeks for a Potentate ball scheduled November 22, 2025. Asked to have before November 15, 2025. Gave me an extra week. I specifically asked to have by 15th and it was written on invoice. Didn’t receive by 15th so I called on 17th. Rep stated they were running behind with no other explanation or attempted resolve.
