I bought 4 new tires and had 4 sawy bars replaced $1,700. The spare tire from my care was new and was replaced with an old one from the old tires. When I asked to have the new pare tired returned he said he would ask the mechanic and get back to me. He called back to say "the spare tire was not touched". I explained I had checked the spare tire before leaving the car at D-Tech. I didn't argue about the issue however I did say I was disappointed in the way they dismissed the matter. They lost out on a good customer.
I had a wheel bearing fixed at D-Tech. The price was fair and they went really went the extra mile to help me. I will come back for maintenance.
As honest as the day is long. On more than one occasion the rattles and squeaks of my aging Subaru have miraculously been cured while in for service on unrelated issues at no extra charge. A great business, run the right way.
