I was there in I had a bad experience.. I show the seller a picture of the light that I needed and she said that they had them and sold me the wrong lights .. I lose money and time because my electrician guy cannot install the wrong lights and I have to pay him his day.. When I return it i spent almost 15 minutes to receive my money back and there was not customers in the store.. Attached the picture that I showed them..

This is by far an awesome store. Very reasonable prices and nice setup for educating customers with different type of LEDs they offer. Unfortunately, blaming my electrician and calling him a liar is something I didn’t appreciated. We need to accept the fact that 1 in a million things can fail. Wires could have been damaged while the fixtures were assembled. For a few dollars I wouldn’t have appeared in front of this great store to argue. Always fantastic service. Everyone there is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Just today Eddie offered to stay late to help us resolve an issue with mounts and found a solution for us. Can't thank him enough for that.
What a great place. Justin is extremely smart and is always willing to answer any questions you have. Our Company uses D-Tec as our lighting supplier. Not only do you get quality products, you get the knowledge of the staff and their expert advice is spot on. They know lighting.
