I have been going to D-Tec LED for several years. Since shortly after they opened. The quality of the products they carry is only exceeded by their friendly customer service. Highly recommended.
This is by far an awesome store. Very reasonable prices and nice setup for educating customers with different type of LEDs they offer. Unfortunately, blaming my electrician and calling him a liar is something I didn’t appreciated. We need to accept the fact that 1 in a million things can fail. Wires could have been damaged while the fixtures were assembled. For a few dollars I wouldn’t have appeared in front of this great store to argue. I highly DO recommend D-Tec!! Came in needing some lights for my backyard (large backyard) but wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted. After talking with staff and drew a picture of my backyard, D-Tec staff offered me several options, answering all my questions. I was very impressed when I went to the State Fair of Texas and saw Big Tex, to my surprise I saw D-Tec had Sponsored their lights to “Light Up Big Tex” !! Thank you again D-Tec for going that extra mile, may God continue to bless you.
Always fantastic service. Everyone there is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Just today Eddie offered to stay late to help us resolve an issue with mounts and found a solution for us. Can't thank him enough for that.
D-Tec LED has quality lighting and excellent customer service. I always enjoy good conversations with the staff and appreciate their help with any and all lighting needs.
