BEWARE THESE GUYS ARE BIG TIME FRAUDS!!!!!! THEY ARE SELLING BAD LOCKED DVR'S AND ARE SCAMING CUSTOMERS BY TAKING MORE MONEY TO UNLOCK IT AND THEN TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE WITHOUT DOING THE JOB.. YOU ARE WARNED!!!!
I had old DVR model from them which was fine so I decided to upgraded to something newer. I got DVR which arrived damaged (do damage on box, item shipped faulty) and company does not care about it. BAD PRODUCT, BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT - STAY AWAY! I made huge mistake by choosing them. Even that it says 1 year warranty, 30 days replacement those people will not honor it!!! Once again, STAY AWAY FROM IT or you will get screwed.
When I first time called that company they assured me that there will be only one time setup fee of $50.00 to access my system remotely. Then they told me that my ip address changing dynamically all the time I will need to access it via server on their website for additional $30.00 per year plus another setup fee of $50.00.
