We ordered a Work and Play toy hauler and since we are retired chose to drive from Oregon to Indiana to pick it up. The manufacture needs to have an outside business do a prepurchase on it before it was released we chose D and T. It was late when the trailer was released so D and T let us stay in their parking lot plugged in. I highly recommend this company. They are top notch in service. When we left we felt comfortable that they had done a great job inspecting our rv.
