Not sure how the rating is what it is. Gave it 2 instead of 1 because the staff were very nice and polite. But this place is DIRTY. There's a fish tank in the lobby area and a bunch of trash on the floor around it. It was hot and musty like there was no air circulation. And behind the pedicure chairs were a lot of nail clippings, trash, dust, just gross. The chairs weren't clean, they don't use bags in the foot baths.
