SO unresponsive! Do not recommend using. They were assigned to me through my home warrenty and failed to contact me or make any appointments even after I called. Been without A/c for over a week. Do better.

I was referred to this company Buy some mutual Quaintance I called Doug that was the first number that they gave me and they said they didn’t know if I could get a hold of him or not and gave me a couple other ones, but I did get through to Doug in the morning on Friday which is today April 5of 2024 He answered all I was thinking he would be able to do was give me a scheduled time. Highly recommend! Power went out in part of our home and I couldn’t figure out how to fix it. I called and he answered right away and came out quickly. He found the issue of a burnt out connector behind the breaker box and had all the parts and wires to efficiently and quickly fix the issue. He had great, up to date tools and communicated the whole time. He will be my “Go to Guy” for everything, especially in this old home of ours! Best for our Valley!

Honestly the best heating and cooling company we have delt with, had a problem with our furnace this morning, reached out and they were here within a few hours and resolved the issue. They are professional and make sure everything is working good before leaving.
